Supports medical device and clinical technology sales across hospital and health system accounts. Conducts product demonstrations, evaluations, training, and implementation support for neurology, EEG, ICU, and Neuro ICU stakeholders. Partners with Sales on product strategy, launches, pricing, conversions, and revenue growth while translating clinical, operational, and financial value. Builds relationships with clinical champions, navigates hospital purchasing and IT processes, maintains CRM records, and provides market feedback. Frequent travel to customer sites, conferences, and clinical settings is required.

Reviews and prunes EEG studies, enters patient and examination details, and prepares technical summaries for neurologist review. The role requires EEG pattern-recognition expertise, adherence to professional and regulatory standards, HIPAA compliance, accurate data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently under strict timelines.

Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for remote EEG monitoring across clinical sites, manage vendor and IT relationships, ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance, document issues, support process improvement, training, recruitment, and daily remote monitoring operations.
