The Systems Engineer will support Integration and Test of hypersonic vehicles, collaborating with engineering teams to define test activities and develop procedures, ensuring vehicle compliance with requirements, and optimizing data analysis methodologies.

Lead planning and execution of high-speed vehicle test operations, coordinate across engineering, crew chiefs, and carrier aircraft teams, support test and flight readiness reviews, manage configuration control, hazards, and risk mitigation, oversee ground and flight test activities, facilitate payload integration, and act as liaison or mission manager during operations and incidents.

Ensure supplier product and process quality through audits, APQP, MSA, FAI, and corrective actions. Drive supplier development, root-cause resolution (SCARs), process improvements, and cross-functional quality planning to meet aerospace program requirements.

Provide program financial oversight, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for government contracts. Establish cost baselines, develop EACs, analyze labor/subcontract costs, support audits, invoicing, proposal financials, and coordinate cross-functionally to inform program and management decision-making.

The Flight Test Engineer leads flight test missions, develops test plans, coordinates resources, and ensures safety and compliance in testing hypersonic aircraft.

Support hypersonic vehicle test programs by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing test data; develop test plans and analysis methodologies; participate in design and readiness reviews; coordinate with engineering teams and customers; and support test execution and post-test data reviews.

Perform advanced CFD and aerothermal analyses for hypersonic and captive-carry vehicles, develop and validate large CFD databases and automation tools, support design trade studies, trajectory analysis, wind tunnel and flight test validation, and present technical results to government and industry partners.

The Flight Sciences Engineer will perform aerodynamic analyses and design tasks for hypersonic vehicles, develop models, and support flight testing.

Lead a multidisciplinary structures team to design, integrate, and test Talon-A hypersonic vehicle and payload improvements. Own structural systems engineering, requirements, trade studies, configuration and mass properties, design reviews, risk management, and cross-functional communication to deliver prototypes to flight test.

The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist II develops and implements EH&S policies, provides training, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Staff-level Propulsion Engineer will design, integrate, test, and maintain rocket propulsion systems, perform analyses, and communicate with teams to support hypersonic vehicle development.
