Establishes program-management standards, develops high-performing teams, manages the PMO budget, supports business development, engages customers and government stakeholders, and reports portfolio status to executive leadership and the board.

Leads technical execution for hypersonic air vehicle programs, supporting the Chief Engineer with technical strategy, risk management, supplier coordination, test planning, manufacturing readiness, proposals, and engineering reviews. The role integrates aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, structures, controls, and aero-thermodynamics while coordinating customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams. It also supports ground and flight testing and requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Design, integrate, test, and support Flight Termination Systems (FTS) and Autonomous Flight Safety Systems (AFSS).
