Lead solid rocket motor development and integration for hypersonic flight vehicles. Manage requirements, interfaces, supplier oversight, testing, vehicle integration, flight operations, performance modeling, ballistics and thermal analyses, ground support equipment, inspections, and post-test data analysis. Coordinate technical reviews, manufacturing observations, deliveries, and test-range activities while communicating with propulsion leadership. The role requires solid rocket motor design and operations experience, aerospace systems integration, supplier management, scientific coding, and technical analysis skills.

Supports flight-related data, telemetry, network, computer, and vehicle systems through architecture, integration, testing, operations, troubleshooting, documentation, upgrades, and mission support. Owns corporate and airplane networks, administers switches, routers, firewalls, servers, virtualization, and communications systems, and provides escalation support during flight tests. The role also manages configuration control, change documentation, system maintenance, and travel to launch and recovery sites.

Leads integration and execution of launch platform projects involving certified and experimental aircraft. Owns cost, schedule, technical objectives, resource planning, budgets, forecasts, risks, flight-test readiness, maintenance modifications, program reviews, and customer delivery. The role coordinates engineering, operations, finance, technicians, testers, and customers while improving flight cadence, reliability, and affordability. It requires substantial onsite work in Mojave, off-hours flight-test support, occasional travel, and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.
