Lead cross-functional efforts to identify, mature, and transition emerging hypersonic and aerospace technologies into customer-funded programs. Drive capture activities, develop solution architectures and product roadmaps, align opportunities with strategy and engineering, support proposals and customer engagement, and coordinate transitions into program execution.

Lead enterprise tax and treasury for a mid‑size aerospace/defense contractor: oversee tax strategy, compliance, ASC 740, tax audits, IPO readiness, treasury operations, rolling cash forecasts, banking relationships, and cross‑functional financial controls to support rapid growth and public‑company transition.

Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), ensure GAAP and SEC compliance, coordinate external auditors, conduct technical accounting research, implement new accounting standards, manage SOX documentation, oversee EPS and stock-based compensation calculations, and support financial reporting to management and the Audit Committee.
