Leads cost management, earned value management, forecasting, budgeting, control account planning, and financial governance for complex aerospace development and flight-test programs. Provides executive financial guidance, oversees EVMS compliance, analyzes cost and schedule performance, supports customer reviews and contract audits, develops recovery plans, and mentors cost analysts and CAMs. Partners with engineering, program management, finance, and contracts to manage risks, funding, revenue forecasts, proposals, and long-term program financial health.

Leads cost account management for complex aerospace development and test programs. Responsibilities include control account planning, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, cost and schedule integration, risk mitigation, financial reporting, customer cost reviews, contract support, and compliance. The role mentors cost analysts, collaborates with engineering, supply chain, finance, and program management, supports classified programs, and may require domestic travel and company vehicle operation.

Coordinates domestic and international logistics for hypersonic mission deployments, including travel, accommodations, customs documentation, equipment shipping, vendor coordination, deployment timelines, budgets, calendars, and post-event reporting. Supports teams of up to 50 personnel, collaborates across departments and time zones, and helps ensure safe, efficient mission execution under demanding schedules.
