Supports international cybersecurity and infrastructure engagements for a federal customer. Coordinates government and international stakeholder meetings, visits, exchanges, and projects; researches policy, geopolitical, and cybersecurity developments; prepares executive briefings and reports; tracks commitments and implementation; and coordinates travel and engagement logistics. The role requires domestic and international travel and occasional work across international time zones.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, improve automation and data quality, support international travel processes, create reports and visualizations, develop user guidance, and coordinate with technical, security, communications, and program stakeholders.

Leads a federal cybersecurity and infrastructure program, serving as the primary contract-performance contact. Oversees personnel, priorities, deliverables, schedules, risks, and daily execution while coordinating with government leadership, customer stakeholders, interagency partners, and program staff. Provides strategic and technical guidance, analyzes mission challenges, leads studies and assessments, recommends improvements, and delivers briefings, reports, and updates to senior stakeholders.

Designs and develops professional graphics for documents, briefings, publications, websites, and communication materials. Translates customer concepts into clear visual products, advises on layouts and production, reviews designs for quality, selects appropriate formats and typography, and coordinates publication workflows. The role is fully onsite at Fort Meade and requires a current active TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance.

Develops and maintains SharePoint knowledge management solutions, Microsoft Power Platform workflows and applications, and Power BI dashboards. Partners with stakeholders to identify requirements, automate business processes, improve information sharing, and support operational decision-making. Provides SharePoint administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and site maintenance while ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information management requirements.

Reviews congressional hearings, prepares Questions and Inserts for the Record, researches and writes legislative materials, provides briefings, and prepares USCYBERCOM leadership for congressional testimony and meetings. The role requires deep knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes, strong communication skills, a relevant bachelor’s degree, extensive legislative affairs experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, permissions, and administration. Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to improve collaboration and support cyber operations. Gather stakeholder requirements, document solutions, provide user support, and ensure compliance with DoD and MARFORCYBER policies. The role also supports secure Office 365 integrations and knowledge transfer.

Provide subject matter expertise in cyber strategy, policy, and doctrine for DoD, USCYBERCOM, and interagency partners. Research and analyze emerging policy and legislation, produce written products and briefings for senior leaders, assess risks, and develop strategic recommendations to shape cyberspace operations.

Lead planning and integration of defensive cyberspace capabilities into DoD operations. Draft and edit operational orders and plans, participate in joint planning groups, conduct policy and OSINT analysis, produce planning reports, and provide SME support on CPT employment, targeting, and exercise planning while facilitating organizational knowledge sharing.

The Operations Research Analyst will conduct analysis to support cyberspace operations, develop modeling techniques, evaluate data strategies, and assist in strategic assessments.

The Malware Analyst will analyze, report, and provide integration support for malware in cyberspace operations, focusing on technical strategies and system vulnerabilities.
