Supports international cybersecurity and infrastructure engagements for a federal customer. Coordinates government and international stakeholder meetings, visits, exchanges, and projects; researches policy, geopolitical, and cybersecurity developments; prepares executive briefings and reports; tracks commitments and implementation; and coordinates travel and engagement logistics. The role requires domestic and international travel and occasional work across international time zones.

Supports federal program operations through business process analysis, process improvement, information management, executive reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder tracking. Maintains engagement records, taskers, clearances, workflows, standard operating procedures, and program documentation. Analyzes data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; develops reports, presentations, visualizations, and briefing materials for leadership. Supports working groups, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and electronic and physical records management.

Develop and maintain enterprise information management solutions for federal international programs, including SharePoint repositories, collaboration platforms, workflows, dashboards, portals, and records systems. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, improve automation and data quality, support international travel processes, create reports and visualizations, develop user guidance, and coordinate with technical, security, communications, and program stakeholders.
