Scope, design, and build a rule-based reconciliation and automation layer within NetSuite to automate cash-receipt matching (~90-95%). Perform discovery on the live NetSuite instance, implement SuiteScript/SuiteTalk/RESTlet integrations, handle edge cases (split payments, remittance matching, duplicates), create exception queues, integrate bank/remittance feeds, deliver iteratively, and produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations of an AI workforce suite for shift-based organizations (primarily healthcare). Own discovery through go-live, integrations (EMR/ERP/Time & Attendance), change management, executive stakeholder alignment, analytics validation, and deliver measurable workforce optimization outcomes.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Flask/Django) and ReactJS. Build RESTful APIs, optimize SQL Server databases, use NumPy/pandas for data processing, deploy in Azure/Docker/Linux environments, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality software.
