Collaborates with product, data science, and business teams; develops reporting dashboards; documents data flows and runbooks; optimizes workflows; troubleshoots data processing issues; and supports Agile delivery and CI/CD practices.

Develop and maintain Python software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features, write scalable code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and upgrade applications, and stay current with software development technologies.

Supports talent acquisition by sourcing and screening candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and assisting with recruitment strategy implementation. The role is remote and offers development opportunities in international recruiting.
