Leads operational training strategy, instructional design, onboarding, trainer certification, documentation governance, workforce capability development, and training effectiveness across manufacturing facilities. Partners with operations, safety, quality, HR, maintenance, and plant leadership to close skill gaps, maintain compliance, develop employees, and improve performance. Supervises training personnel, analyzes training metrics, maintains learning systems and records, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages trade promotion programs, rebates, deductions, payment requests, accruals, and related databases. Reviews customer claims, validates deductions, resolves discrepancies with customers and Sales, and secures repayment for invalid items. Prepares reports on trade spending, accrual balances, deduction status, and P/L variances. Requires collaboration with Commercial, Finance, customers, and onsite teams, plus strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Manage strategic customer accounts and edible oils category performance through pricing, forecasting, RFP responses, commodity-market analysis, and customer support. Develop category strategies that drive profitable growth, margin expansion, sales volume, and market share. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technical Services. Responsibilities may include P&L ownership, team leadership, mentoring, and category-related initiatives. Some travel is required.

Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and develop plant PLC, automation, computer, and process-control systems. Lead automation projects, including purchasing and contractor supervision, while supporting maintenance, engineering, cost reduction, and new process development. Manage plant computer networks, hardware, software, system access, and corporate IT upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, GMP, and HACCP requirements, and provide contractor safety training in a manufacturing environment.

Engineering interns gain hands-on manufacturing experience through engineering, operational, and continuous improvement projects. They analyze problems, evaluate data, develop practical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, own projects, and present results to leaders. The program seeks engineering students with initiative, leadership potential, problem-solving ability, communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and interest in manufacturing and operations. Interns must work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment and be willing to travel and relocate for future opportunities.

Administer and improve the company's PLM system, manage accurate product data and ERP alignment, provide day-to-day user support, create training and SOPs, and support cross-functional new-product commercialization and process optimization efforts.
