Designs, analyzes, builds, tests, and supports electronic hardware for mining safety products, with emphasis on circuit boards and PCB layouts. Owns products through design, production, field evaluation, and upgrades. Evaluates and integrates sensor technologies, supports contract manufacturers, manages outsourced development partners, and assesses vendors. The role also involves field testing in mining environments and collaboration on system and mechanical design decisions.

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015); perform internal and external audits; manage RMA and corrective action processes; analyze quality data; oversee supplier and contract manufacturer quality; support new product quality processes and cross-functional integration.

Support design, testing, troubleshooting, and prototyping to ensure products meet global safety, EMI/EMC, and regulatory standards. Coordinate internal and external compliance testing, manage certification submissions and audits, and produce technical publications (manuals, data sheets, safety documentation). Interact with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and regulatory agencies internationally.

Manage daily administrative operations for the Sandy Springs office: reception, coordinate meetings/events and catering, handle mailings and corporate mobile accounts, maintain supplies and vendor/facilities coordination, support purchasing and inventory, assist special projects, and provide general office support for multiple departments.
