Responsibilities include data reconciliation, cost model configuration and auditing, reporting, enhancement implementation, customer support, cost accounting guidance, and adoption initiatives. The consultant manages multiple customer projects, collaborates with finance teams, answers system and industry questions, and contributes to internal improvements.

Provides technical support for StrataJazz healthcare software, troubleshooting moderately complex issues, analyzing SQL queries, managing cases, documenting customer interactions, delivering training, and escalating complex problems. The role also develops preventive solutions, maintains knowledge-base content, protects PHI under HIPAA, collaborates cross-functionally, and guides junior support staff.

Leads the revenue accounting function, including ASC 606 compliance, revenue close, contract review, deferred revenue, reconciliations, internal controls, SOX support, and technical accounting. Partners with Sales, Legal, FP&A, Finance, and IT on complex transactions and process improvements. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, pipeline development, enterprise deal management, product demonstrations, pricing and contract negotiation, forecasting in Salesforce, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires building executive-level client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and traveling to client sites up to 50% of the time.

Administer and enhance Strata’s Salesforce platform through configuration, workflow automation, user and access management, data quality, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and release support. The role gathers requirements, improves business processes, documents solutions, trains users, supports enterprise applications, and participates in Agile projects while following security, governance, and change-control practices.

Supports and strengthens the organization’s governance, risk, and compliance program by administering and optimizing GRC technology, automating compliance workflows, coordinating SOC 2 Type II activities, managing third-party risk and vendor assessments, and responding to customer security questionnaires. The role also supports audit readiness, control testing, remediation, documentation, and evolving compliance initiatives while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Builds reports and workflows, validates functionality, tests features, leads customer meetings and training, manages project timelines and budgets, communicates risks, and supports product improvements. Requires healthcare finance understanding, advanced Excel skills, customer-facing consulting experience, and travel to customer locations.

Implements StrataJazz data integrations for healthcare system customers, ensuring accurate data flow through SQL, relational databases, configuration, and ETL processes. Communicates integration plans, resolves data challenges, leads customer training, and advises clients on healthcare finance and clinical data best practices. Collaborates with internal teams throughout project lifecycles, manages implementation risks, supports operational improvements, and travels to customer locations as needed.

Implement StrataJazz software for healthcare system customers by translating integration specifications, configuring ETL processes, and using SQL and Excel to solve data problems. Partner with customers and internal technical teams, lead training, communicate project risks, execute mitigation plans, and support operational improvement initiatives. The role involves healthcare financial and clinical data, Agile implementation practices, and up to 10% domestic travel.

Lead expansion and maintenance of a Zero Trust security program across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Manage identity and access controls, deploy and tune SIEM/EDR/XDR/IAM tooling, automate security operations, reduce alert fatigue, and collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to strengthen enterprise security across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, identity, network, and data protection.
