Strata offers both a traditional 401(K) and Roth 401(K) with a broad selection of stocks, bonds and international index funds to choose from.
401(K) matching
Strata provides employees with a 401(k) matching plan managed by Vanguard. We match 50% of contributions up to 6% of an employee's annual gross pay. Our team members are fully vested on day one!

We allow all fulltime employees to purchase company shares at a discounted price, starting on day one.

Our team members start accruing PTO on day one, accrue 21 days per year & can roll over up to 5 unused days each year. We also offer 10 paid holidays plus an additional community service day per year.
