Lead Workday data conversion activities across concurrent client projects, managing scope, risk, staffing, budgets, methodology, validation, and deliverables. Facilitate requirements discussions, investigate conversion issues, improve internal tools and processes, mentor team members, and communicate escalations. The role requires HRIS experience, Workday certification, database and SQL knowledge, consulting and project management experience, and travel up to 35%.

Supports the full German payroll lifecycle, including payroll processing, statutory reporting, legislation updates, issue resolution, root cause analysis, client inquiries, and escalations. The role also supports implementations, go-lives, change requests, client engagement, risk mitigation, and payroll team development through training and coaching.

Process and verify US payrolls and HRIS activities accurately and on time, meeting service-level agreements and customer requirements. Manage daily production tasks, manual payments, disbursements, quality audits, compliance, reporting, and issue escalation. Serve as a client point of contact, support workforce management, coach team members, maintain process documentation, and identify system and workflow improvements. Provide customer support while promoting accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous learning.
