Support end-to-end Dutch payroll processing, client service, implementations, go-lives, year-end activities, legislation updates, system testing, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role also maintains client solution materials, ensures payroll accuracy and SLA compliance, supports escalations, identifies upsell opportunities, and coaches team members. Strong Dutch and good English communication skills, payroll administration experience, and knowledge of payroll legislation are required.

Implement and support Workday integrations: gather requirements, configure integrations using Workday tools, test and rollout solutions, resolve integration issues, and evaluate new Workday release impacts. Provide implementation planning, design facilitation, and potential post-implementation support for clients.

Design, implement and maintain cloud integration interfaces (Boomi/SCPI/WebMethods). Gather requirements, estimate work, perform unit and integration tests, monitor transactions, deploy solutions across environments, document interfaces, resolve issues within SLAs, and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
