Handles inbound calls from Florida employees and retirees regarding benefits, payroll, deductions, dependent documentation, and retirement services. Documents interactions, researches and resolves inquiries using established procedures and SLAs, escalates complex issues, protects sensitive information, and meets quality and productivity standards. The role is full-time and in-person in Tallahassee, with occasional extended shifts and participation in training and team meetings.

Supports client payroll processing, reconciliation, issue resolution, payroll transmissions, off-cycle requests, and post-payroll activities. Responds to payroll and tax queries, prepares reconciliation reports, coordinates with banks on ACH and payment matters, and resolves General Ledger posting questions. Maintains process documentation, follows quality and compliance procedures, and uses SAP, Word, and Excel.

Supports global procurement strategy through sourcing projects, RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract renewals, spend analysis, supplier performance tracking, and procurement reporting. Partners with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify savings, manage supplier risks, ensure policy compliance, and advance category management and procurement transformation objectives.
