Manages the State Opportunity Index by coordinating timelines, workflows, deliverables, consultants, and cross-functional teams. Cleans and analyzes education and workforce datasets using SQL, Python or R, and Excel; conducts partner interviews; validates findings; and translates research into accessible briefs, policy summaries, visualizations, and updates for public and partner audiences.

Leads Strada’s Technology Innovation portfolio, developing strategies, partnerships, investments, standards, and evidence for human-centered AI and technology-enabled career coaching. Provides strategic analysis, oversees grants and impact measurement, manages the Quality Coaching Project Manager, and leads cross-functional portfolio execution. The role also represents Strada externally, supports organizational culture, and translates research and innovation into scalable, measurable approaches for education-to-career coaching.

Manages the Quality Coaching portfolio’s integrated plans, grants and contracts operations, budgets, dashboards, calendars, executive reporting, and cross-functional workflows. Coordinates planning cycles, milestones, dependencies, risks, approvals, payments, compliance, events, and leadership communications. Supports organizational health, inclusive practices, onboarding, and team effectiveness while improving systems through technology and AI-enabled tools. Requires strong project management, communication, judgment, and stakeholder coordination skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
