Lead and execute quantitative research projects on postsecondary education and labor market outcomes: frame questions, prepare and analyze longitudinal datasets (Stata/R), design methodologies, document reproducible analyses, produce manuscripts and policy-facing products, present findings, guide junior staff, develop new research directions, and support partnership and grant development.

Lead operational execution of employer-facing partnerships: manage partner relationships, draft playbooks and toolkits, administer contracts and grants, maintain project systems, and provide status updates to advance employer alignment strategy.
