Oversee and enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance across projects. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, safety training, recordkeeping, and reporting. Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and contractors to implement corrective actions, manage return-to-work cases, maintain chemical inventories/SDS, and build emergency action plans to reduce workplace injuries and ensure regulatory adherence.

Install and align underground water, drain, and sewer pipes using laser setup; maintain grade and sealed connections; coordinate with excavator operators; handle materials; keep worksite clean and safe; perform physical tasks including lifting and frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and bending.
