Provide legal and administrative support to General Counsel: assist with contract review and redlines, track contracts and deadlines, organize documents for claims, discovery and litigation, maintain corporate records and compliance files, coordinate with outside counsel, and perform general administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality.

Oversee and enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance, conduct inspections and incident investigations, prepare safety plans/JSAs, train staff, compile safety reports, recommend corrective actions, manage return-to-work for injured employees, and provide required safety equipment for construction projects.

Oversee and enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance across projects. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, safety training, recordkeeping, and reporting. Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and contractors to implement corrective actions, manage return-to-work cases, maintain chemical inventories/SDS, and build emergency action plans to reduce workplace injuries and ensure regulatory adherence.
