Sells parts, service, and maintenance solutions for Caterpillar heavy equipment within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, conducts equipment inspections, recommends maintenance and rebuild options, provides technical guidance, coordinates with internal teams, tracks sales activity, and develops strategies to grow parts and service revenue. The role requires customer-site travel, physical equipment inspections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with heavy equipment maintenance.

Manages transportation of CAT equipment and materials, including dispatchers, drivers, carriers, fleet maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, performance metrics, and process improvements. Leads the hauling team, develops transportation policies, prepares performance reports, resolves logistics issues, and collaborates across departments to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries.

Leads dealership finance and deal-structuring operations, including loan and lease applications, lender negotiations, documentation, compliance, risk mitigation, and funding. Advises customers and sales representatives on financing solutions, monitors financial performance, and ensures timely equipment delivery. Manages and coaches finance representatives, maintains lender relationships, oversees regulatory requirements, and drives process improvements to support profitability and customer satisfaction.

Supports daily HR operations through onboarding assistance, employee records maintenance, HR file management, employee communications, benefits administration support, data entry, document preparation, and HR projects. The intern participates in meetings and training while maintaining confidentiality, following company policies, and helping improve HR processes. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional branch visits and flexibility around school schedules.
