Lead the launch and expansion of a Caterpillar compact equipment dealership in Southern Florida. This executive program leader will integrate cross-functional workstreams, establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, align internal and external stakeholders, oversee readiness milestones, and report strategic, financial, and operational progress to senior leadership. The role drives facilities, systems, staffing, processes, customer operations, and scalable growth without directly managing every functional area.

Sells parts, service, and maintenance solutions for Caterpillar heavy equipment within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, conducts equipment inspections, recommends maintenance and rebuild options, provides technical guidance, coordinates with internal teams, tracks sales activity, and develops strategies to grow parts and service revenue. The role requires customer-site travel, physical equipment inspections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with heavy equipment maintenance.

Manages transportation of CAT equipment and materials, including dispatchers, drivers, carriers, fleet maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, performance metrics, and process improvements. Leads the hauling team, develops transportation policies, prepares performance reports, resolves logistics issues, and collaborates across departments to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries.
