Owns the integrated program plan for launching a new compact equipment dealership in Southern Florida. Coordinates cross-functional internal and external workstreams spanning facilities, IT, fleet, sales, service, parts, HR, finance, logistics, and operations. Drives milestones, dependencies, accountability, risk management, vendor coordination, executive reporting, operational readiness, and process improvement. Frequent regional travel and periodic construction-site work are required.

Provides day-to-day HR support across multiple Florida locations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, investigations, employee development, and engagement initiatives. Advises managers and employees on policies and workplace concerns, maintains HR records, supports staffing needs, facilitates training, and partners with operational leaders. The role requires bilingual communication, confidentiality, periodic branch travel, and occasional after-hours support.

Leads dealership finance and deal-structuring operations, including loan and lease applications, lender negotiations, documentation, compliance, risk mitigation, and funding. Advises customers and sales representatives on financing solutions, monitors financial performance, and ensures timely equipment delivery. Manages and coaches finance representatives, maintains lender relationships, oversees regulatory requirements, and drives process improvements to support profitability and customer satisfaction.
