Teams at Stowers Machinery Corporation

Administers HRIS functions, employee benefits, core HR operations, reporting, compliance, and data governance. Maintains accurate employee records, supports payroll and benefits processes, manages HRIS integrations and system enhancements, and partners with HR, IT, payroll, finance, and vendors. Serves as a functional subject matter expert, translates business requirements into system solutions, supports testing and automation, resolves user issues, and leads process improvement and change adoption initiatives.

Supports sales operations for compact equipment by generating quotes, processing billing, coordinating demos and deliveries, reviewing work orders, managing inventory follow-up, and applying OEM incentives. The role works closely with sales, service, transportation, inventory, and yard teams while assisting walk-in customers and responding to inbound calls. Strong organization, communication, mathematical ability, and customer service skills are required.
