Own end-to-end rollout and ongoing operation of a major sports client’s product integrations. Configure products, build AI-powered automations, monitor AI services, investigate issues, coordinate fixes with Engineering, communicate progress and constraints to clients, and improve delivery processes. The role also directs junior teammates and develops reusable tools and workflows. Candidates need practical AI implementation experience, technical integration knowledge, client-facing delivery experience, and comfort working independently in fast-moving environments.

Own client product implementations from brief through launch and ongoing operations. Configure integrations, build AI-powered automations, monitor service reliability, investigate issues, and coordinate fixes with Engineering. Communicate progress and constraints to clients, improve product workflows, and guide junior teammates. The role requires hands-on technical judgment with APIs, SDKs, configuration, data, and AI-enabled services rather than traditional project administration.
