Operators use AI and internal tools, follow runbooks, verify outputs, document handovers, make workflow decisions, and escalate issues with clear evidence.

Own and grow a portfolio of North American sports and athletics accounts. Drive adoption, monitor account health, run outcome-led check-ins, surface expansion opportunities, coordinate with delivery/support/sales/product, and support renewals. Focus on customer outcomes, retention, and commercial contribution while operating in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
