Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients across the lifespan: review and verify medication orders, optimize therapy, participate in multidisciplinary care, lead stewardship and process-improvement initiatives, precept learners, conduct medication use evaluations and research, and maintain required certifications and licensure.

Provide imaging and scrub support for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, structural heart, and peripheral procedures. Use dispensing and barcode technology, manage and maintain automated dispensing cabinets, perform deliveries and restocking, compound sterile and non-sterile products within training, and manage medication kits/crash carts. Maintain required registrations, certifications, and compliance with hospital policies.

Build and maintain relationships with regional physicians, hospitals, and facilities to drive referrals and hospital/clinic volume. Conduct in-person outreach, onboard new physicians, support service line promotion, gather market intelligence, track outreach activity, and resolve provider issues. Hybrid role with frequent regional travel and reporting responsibilities.

Performs diagnostic and advanced modality imaging (radiography, CT, MRI, NM, ultrasound, fluoroscopy), prepares/positions patients, operates and maintains imaging equipment, processes images for radiologist review, assists in procedures and surgery, measures/mixes contrast, provides patient care and training, complies with policies and safety standards.

The Pharmacy Technician 2 assists in medication preparation and dispensing under a pharmacist's supervision, manages insurance issues, provides patient services, and maintains departmental operations.

Prepares high-quality histology slides and tissue blocks, performing processing, embedding, sectioning, staining (including special stains and IHC), equipment troubleshooting, QC, inventory control, documentation, and assists pathologists and trainees to support laboratory operations.

Coordinate PMO project intake, portfolio tracking, governance meetings, and executive communications. Maintain dashboards, reports, templates, and follow-up on action items while supporting CIO and project managers to improve delivery and portfolio visibility.

The Clinical Staff Pharmacist optimizes medication therapy, manages drug distribution, and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and education while adhering to pharmacy policies.

Provide CPT and ICD coding for outpatient professional services, perform and document coding audits, deliver coding and compliance education to physicians, APPs and clinic staff, review claim denials and respond to third-party audits, maintain regulatory knowledge and contribute to process improvements and LEAN initiatives.

Assess patients and families for appropriate services, coordinate discharge and transitions of care, arrange home and ambulatory services, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, document per regulatory requirements, initiate denial notices when necessary, identify quality/process improvements, delegate and coordinate care tasks, and participate in on-call coverage with ability to report onsite within 30–45 minutes.
