Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients across the lifespan: review and verify medication orders, optimize therapy, participate in multidisciplinary care, lead stewardship and process-improvement initiatives, precept learners, conduct medication use evaluations and research, and maintain required certifications and licensure.

Schedule and preregister patients, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, complete prior authorizations and precertifications, prepare cost estimates, scan documentation into Epic, mentor new staff, answer benefits questions, review incoming faxes, and participate in process improvement to ensure accurate billing and a positive patient experience.
