Designs, implements, and supports Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Fabric, and hybrid cloud environments for healthcare and clinically integrated network initiatives. Establishes cloud architecture, governance, security, monitoring, identity, data integration, and interoperability standards. Partners with engineering, cybersecurity, analytics, Epic, clinical, and business teams to modernize analytics platforms, ensure healthcare data quality, and deliver secure scalable solutions. Leads technical initiatives, evaluates technologies, supports vendors, and participates in an occasional 24x7 on-call rotation.

Manages major Information Systems projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget effectiveness, stakeholder communication, testing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. Coordinates application, security, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams while managing project status, assessments, resources, and implementation workflows through Workday and SharePoint. Oversees Epic and other solution upgrades, facilitates decisions, and supports remote healthcare facilities as needed.

Manages major Information Systems projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Maintains project plans, status communications, budgets, assessments, issue lists, and testing processes for Epic and other upgrades. Optimizes PMO tools and facilitates stakeholder decision-making. The role is hybrid, non-patient-facing, and includes occasional travel to remote facilities.

The Staffing Coordinator develops and manages staffing plans, communicates staffing needs, monitors schedules, and analyzes data to ensure adequate staffing in Acute Care Services.

The Senior Consultant collaborates with leadership to enhance workforce strategies, leads projects, analyzes workforce data, and guides HR policy implementation.
