Collects, validates, analyzes, and visualizes healthcare safety and risk data, including incidents, near misses, and regulatory metrics. This patient-facing, on-site role serves patients across all ages and requires Kansas pharmacy technician registration and national certification.

Receives, verifies, records, stores, counts, and distributes hospital supplies, equipment, medications, mail, blood, specimens, documents, and other materials. Delivers items between facilities by foot or vehicle, maintains inventory levels, processes requisitions, answers logistics requests, coordinates tasks, performs cycle counts, and reports process or product problems. This is a full-time, on-site evening position requiring frequent lifting and up to 50% travel between facilities.

Coordinates care and discharge planning for adult hospitalist patients. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, families, community partners, and post-acute providers to address care barriers, arrange services, complete discharge documentation, and coordinate follow-up.
