Designs, develops, tests, implements, and supports EDI interfaces connecting healthcare systems, vendors, and other organizations. Monitors interface health, troubleshoots Epic and Rhapsody errors, manages upgrades and change processes, documents workflows, and ensures secure, reliable data exchange. Collaborates with vendors, end users, and departments to deliver integration solutions supporting clinical, financial, and business operations.

Manages major Information Systems projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinates applications, security, infrastructure, requesting departments, vendors, and project teams. Maintains project plans, status communications, budgets, assessments, issue lists, and testing processes for Epic and other upgrades. Optimizes PMO tools and facilitates stakeholder decision-making. The role is hybrid, non-patient-facing, and includes occasional travel to remote facilities.

Provides advanced Help Desk escalation support for PCs, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, Windows systems, and applications. Troubleshoots complex client issues, administers Windows and Epic print environments, tests and recommends new technologies, develops technical documentation and training, mentors Help Desk staff, and participates in strategic technology projects. The role is hybrid, full-time, and requires occasional travel to off-campus clinics.
