Provides case management and navigation services to pregnant, postpartum, and childbearing-aged women, infants, and families. Conducts health and mental-health screenings, coordinates referrals, supports program enrollment, follows up on care barriers, documents encounters, assists with prenatal education classes, and builds partnerships with healthcare providers and community agencies. Maintains confidentiality and participates in coalition meetings, trainings, outreach, and data collection.

Provides in-house legal counsel to a healthcare system by researching legal issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing litigation and risk mitigation, supporting compliance programs, developing policies and education, and advising leaders on legal and operational matters. The role manages outside counsel, monitors regulatory developments, improves legal processes, and travels to organizational worksites as needed.

Coordinates accredited continuing education compliance, student clinical placement and clearance processes, education activities, stakeholder communications, online portals, training, documentation, and outcome reporting. Supports affiliation agreements, process improvements, accreditation requirements, staff development, inquiries, and departmental payroll backup functions. The hybrid, non-patient-facing role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, schools, students, and organizational leaders.
