Lead enterprise-wide business development across the health system. Identify, evaluate, structure, and execute growth opportunities (service expansion, ambulatory development, affiliations, joint ventures, M&A). Produce market assessments, financial pro formas, business cases, and implementation plans. Coordinate due diligence, negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and track post-implementation performance.

Perform and document nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans. Recommend and manage enteral/parenteral nutrition, counsel patients and families, document in EPIC, provide follow-up, teach staff and community, and maintain current nutrition knowledge while complying with Stormont Vail policies.

Supervise and coordinate food preparation and service for patients and Meals on Wheels clients; train and instruct staff in safe food handling, ordering, inventory, equipment upkeep, and staffing. Fill operational roles as needed and ensure adherence to standards and sanitation.
