It provides technical accounting guidance, identifies financial risks, partners with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Supply Chain, and automates the France close process using Oracle workflows.

Own demand forecasting across B2C and B2B channels, validating commercial forecasts and translating category plans into granular item-level sales, volume, margin, and production requirements. Analyze promotional and seasonal demand, build forecasting tools, prepare variance and scenario reports, and partner with Supply Planning to support capacity readiness. The role also drives S&OP improvements, forecast phasing, data integrity, and baseline forecasting for B2B vendors across European markets.

Own commercial performance infrastructure across European regions and platforms. Build dashboards, standardize reporting, define KPIs, manage forecasting, and translate cross-channel data into actionable insights. Coordinate reporting cycles and inputs from Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Pricing, and Product teams while tracking initiative impact and supporting executive decision-making.

Leads CRM planning and a team of three specialists across email, direct mail, and package inserts. Owns contact strategies, campaign roadmaps, personalization, segmentation, testing, and channel optimization to improve engagement, conversions, and customer lifetime value. Partners with Analytics, Machine Learning, Product Marketing, Creative, Brand, and CRM Operations teams, including deploying AI capabilities in Braze and managing peak-period campaign adjustments.

Create and oversee multichannel brand assets across CRM, social, display, web, and print for 13 European markets. Translate briefs into visual concepts, maintain photography assets, develop AI-assisted production workflows, uphold brand quality, manage multiple projects, improve creative processes, and mentor junior designers. Collaborate with Copy, CRM, Social, Brand, and Marketing teams while communicating creative concepts to stakeholders.

Lead iOS technical direction and architecture for Storio Group's native apps. Own roadmap, improve code quality, testing and CI/CD, design scalable features, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver superior storefront and discovery experiences.
