Create and oversee multichannel brand assets across CRM, social, display, web, and print for 13 European markets. Translate briefs into visual concepts, maintain photography assets, develop AI-assisted production workflows, uphold brand quality, manage multiple projects, improve creative processes, and mentor junior designers. Collaborate with Copy, CRM, Social, Brand, and Marketing teams while communicating creative concepts to stakeholders.

Leads global performance marketing across search, social, display, and partnerships; manages significant investment budgets and acquisition-focused profit targets. Oversees channel execution, experimentation, AI and machine learning automation, measurement frameworks, privacy risk, and marketing efficiency. Leads and mentors an international team of approximately 20 people, collaborates with product, analytics, and finance, and manages strategic relationships with Google and Meta.

Lead iOS technical direction and architecture for Storio Group's native apps. Own roadmap, improve code quality, testing and CI/CD, design scalable features, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver superior storefront and discovery experiences.
