Design A/B tests, ensure tracking/data quality with Analytics/MarTech, automate processes, translate performance data into creative briefs, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead global paid marketing channels and a 20-person team from Amsterdam. Own budget allocation and P&L-driven customer acquisition, run ML/AI-powered experiments, build measurement frameworks with finance, and partner with global platforms to scale growth and protect against privacy risk.
