Provide technical support for managing data storage solutions, monitor utilization, assist with configurations, and handle problem escalations while performing detailed reporting.

Provide onsite administrative and project support at NSWC Philadelphia, including financial and personnel metrics tracking, document and records management, SharePoint/Teams/Outlook content updates, Adobe Acrobat scanning/formatting, graphic and presentation support, organizational charts, and logistical support for data calls and digital transformation initiatives.

Provide end-user technical support via phone, email, tickets, and in-person. Support a 24x7 IT operations center and 6am–6pm help desk. Assist with accounts, monitor data center and server room operations (physical security/access), install and troubleshoot hardware/software, support printing and standard office applications, and participate in equipment decommissioning and special projects.

Perform verification and validation (V&V) for MUOS/SLE satellite and ground updates. Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and procedures; coordinate with vendors and government stakeholders; identify, track, and resolve defects; maintain test documentation and report results. Support on-orbit and ground demonstrations, provide inputs to schedule and cost estimates, and participate in cross-functional technical working groups.

Provide blue-team cybersecurity engineering for military systems: analyze risks, design secure architectures, perform T&E and vulnerability assessments (ACAS), harden systems, apply MITRE frameworks, implement security controls across Linux/Windows, and maintain security throughout system lifecycles.
