Administer and migrate Jira and Jira Service Management projects into the Orion environment, respond to JSM tickets, perform pre-migration assessments, create migration files and templates, stage and validate migrations, develop custom migration solutions, maintain runbooks/scripts, coordinate with customers and vendors, and provide weekly status reports.

Lead the container platform and CI/CD pipelines in AWS GovCloud, enabling Navy development teams with secure capabilities through modern DevSecOps practices.
