Teams at Storage Strategies, Inc. (SSI)

Develops and maintains databases and data tools for Navy inventory, maintenance, and allowance data. Builds import, export, reporting, metrics, and visualization capabilities; accesses Navy systems; analyzes performance data; and provides recommendations to improve command readiness. The role primarily supports CNSL remotely, with occasional visits to Navy ships and facilities and approximately 10% travel.

Provides onsite administrative and project support for a Navy contract, including financial and personnel metrics, reports, correspondence, records management, organizational charts, data calls, presentations, document scanning, and digital workplace tools. Supports managers, maintains office documentation, updates Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and MyPD, and helps advance digital transformation initiatives. Requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of professional experience, ERP experience, U.S. citizenship, and Secret clearance eligibility.

Administer Navy SharePoint repositories, sites, workflows, portals, and ticketing systems. Manage users, access, reports, configurations, inventory, policies, outages, and operational support across SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps environments. Develop trend reports, monitor daily operations, coordinate portfolio meetings, provide status updates, and collaborate with customers, managers, and cross-organizational teams.
