Build and operate production AI agents that complete property-management workflows across voice, SMS, web chat, and email. Integrate agents with APIs and systems of record, implement guardrails for payments and tenant data, manage stateful workflows and human escalation, and improve reliability through evaluations, tracing, regression testing, and cost and latency monitoring. Partner cross-functionally to turn operational processes into safe, measurable agent capabilities.

Build and operate production APIs, analytics data pipelines, Snowflake data models, and customer-facing analytics services. Responsibilities include data integration, incremental and idempotent processing, authorization, query optimization, testing, monitoring, alerting, cost management, and on-call support. Requires experience shipping LLM-powered products that take real actions, understanding agent architecture and tradeoffs, and building prototypes.

Lead Storage Sales Operations strategy and execution, establishing forecasting, pipeline, bookings, KPI, reporting, and governance processes. Build dashboards and data foundations across Salesforce, Tableau, Gong, and related tools; partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing Operations, BI, and executives to improve forecast accuracy, revenue visibility, and operational discipline. Manage transformation priorities, automation and AI opportunities, stakeholder trade-offs, and team development in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Owns large-scale payments platform migration execution, including cohort planning, client communications, cutover coordination, exception account transitions, risk reporting, and cross-functional delivery. Leads commercial pricing operations, rate communications, escalation management, and merchant account practices. Manages and develops Merchant Services Executives while using AI-assisted analytics and workflow improvements to strengthen prioritization, reporting, risk visibility, and team productivity.

Lead full-lifecycle custom software and professional services projects for strategic marina customers. Serve as primary executive-facing contact, translate needs into SOWs and project plans, align Product & Engineering, manage UAT and launches, monitor metrics, control project financials, and drive operational excellence using AI tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for self-storage operators, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, and close. Build a new-logo pipeline, conduct consultative sales conversations, forecast accurately in Salesforce, leverage AI-powered sales tools, and collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing. Maintain trusted prospect relationships, stay informed on industry and product trends, and represent the company at occasional industry events.

The Business Development Representative will engage with storage facility operators to identify needs, generate leads, and support sales through salesforce management and high volume outbound calls.

Build and maintain full-stack features for Marine and RV & Camping platforms, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, collaborate across teams, reduce technical debt, troubleshoot issues, mentor engineers, and write automated tests to ensure production reliability.
