Teams at Stoneridge

Leads automotive technology programs from development through launch and post-production. Manages project plans, budgets, risks, customer change requests, RFQ support, quality requirements, KPIs, and profitability. Coordinates global engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product, commercial, and customer teams across ADAS, vision, controls, and connectivity programs. Ensures compliance with automotive development and quality processes while driving timely feature releases, corrective actions, cost control, and stakeholder reporting.

Maintains warranty systems, part-return tracking, customer warranty portals, reports, cost-recovery reviews, and warranty data analysis. Supports warranty and quality teams with corrective actions, reviews, work orders, shipping, test requests, RMAs, and customer communications. Monitors warranty performance, identifies out-of-control trends, escalates issues, and contributes to continuous improvement and warranty-cost reduction across cross-functional and global teams.

Provide end-user IT support by troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining core systems, optimizing operations, and delivering high-quality user support.
