Lead procurement for a defined commodity group from award through end of production. Develop and execute global sourcing strategy, manage supplier qualification, contracts, tooling and prototype purchases, ensure supply continuity, negotiate pricing and compensation for non-performance, support APQP launches, maintain ERP data integrity, and drive cost reduction and stakeholder alignment.

Lead ASC 740 tax accounting and reporting; prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns; manage state and indirect tax filings (1099, sales/use, property); support audits, tax research, planning, and M&A due diligence; improve tax processes, controls, and automation while collaborating with finance and external advisors.

Temporary (3-6 month) role providing operational support for indirect procurement: manage RFQs, supplier sourcing and negotiations, purchase order creation and tracking, monitor supplier performance, resolve invoice/discrepancy issues, maintain procurement records in ERP, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
