Provides customer support for Stone Eagle applications by answering calls and emails, resolving product issues, completing client requests, troubleshooting problems, training users, documenting processes, and escalating unresolved issues. Uses Salesforce and Five9 to track communications and follow-up. Requires strong communication, research, analytical, problem-solving, data-entry, math, prioritization, and customer-service skills, along with knowledge of the retail automotive industry.
