Lead internet lead response and conversion for new and pre-owned vehicle sales. Manage and coach a team to follow up on fresh and old leads, set appointments, and close deals. Ensure timely follow-up, work flexible hours including Saturdays, and support dealership growth.

Make outbound and inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments, follow up on customer experiences, meet departmental goals with the BDC team, and use dealership computer systems after training. Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally.

Manage the used car desk to produce consistent month-to-month results, lead and coach sales staff, maintain professional customer interactions, work flexible hours including Saturdays, and comply with driving, background, and drug-screen requirements.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by delivering excellent customer service, matching customers with vehicle solutions, participating in dealership training, and meeting sales goals. Flexible weekend availability and valid drivers license required.

Greet and assist customers and callers, answer dealership phones, direct visitors to appropriate departments, introduce customers to sales staff, type reports, issue plates and temp tags, and support other departments with administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.
