Supports business development through event and webinar follow-up, lead and pipeline tracking, client communications, sales enablement materials, meeting action management, CRM updates, reporting, and coordination between fee-earners, business development, and marketing teams.

Leads end-to-end recruitment for legal roles, partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on sourcing, attraction strategies, talent pipelines, market insights, and hiring decisions. The role also improves recruitment processes and candidate experience, supports employer branding and early careers initiatives, and promotes inclusive recruitment practices.

Provides employment law advice to charity and third-sector clients, including contract drafting, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing, employment status, settlements, and Tribunal preparation and advocacy. The solicitor will manage an Employment Tribunal caseload, build client relationships, support business development, collaborate across teams, maintain professional standards, and contribute to the firm's Charity practice.

Manage a varied residential property conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, assents, and lease extensions. Provide legal advice, conduct research, draft and review transaction documents, liaise with clients and third parties, negotiate issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role also involves client relationship management, professional development, teamwork, and participation in marketing and business development activities.
