Supports business development initiatives through event and webinar follow-up, lead and pipeline tracking, client communications, sales enablement materials, CRM updates, meeting action coordination, and reporting. The role works closely with fee-earners, marketing colleagues, and the BD Manager to convert opportunities, maintain accurate records, respond to product enquiries, and strengthen client relationships.

Supports the bids and proposals process by preparing informal proposals, PQQs, supplier questionnaires, and formal bid submissions. Maintains bid assets, team sheets, CVs, experience records, pitch logs, trackers, and submission portals. Conducts research, drafts and updates brochures and leaflets, applies brand guidelines, and supports bid tracking and reporting. The role requires strong organisation, communication, adaptability, ownership, and collaborative working skills.

Manage a varied residential property conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, assents, and lease extensions. Provide legal advice, conduct research, draft and review transaction documents, liaise with clients and third parties, negotiate issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role also involves client relationship management, professional development, teamwork, and participation in marketing and business development activities.
