Operate mill machinery to process grains, handle and store raw materials, monitor product quality, perform routine maintenance, package finished goods, manage inventory and waste, follow safety and sanitation protocols, and collaborate with the mill team to maintain efficient production.

Manage full HR lifecycle including benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, training, reporting, and manager support for performance and disciplinary matters.
