Process accounts payable transactions within an SSC, meet KPIs/SLA, handle supplier/internal queries, ensure compliance with SOPs and IFRS/GAAP, suggest process improvements, and support system/process projects under supervisor guidance.

Process day-to-day billing transactions, meet SLAs and KPIs, manage and escalate billing queries, maintain financial data integrity and internal controls, support continuous improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders using ERP and MS Office tools.

Review, investigate, and resolve ancillary billing and vendor invoice errors; draft invoices and corrections; manage vendor disputes and account coding; prepare reports; coordinate with AP, operations, vendor management, and customer service; recommend and implement process improvements to support procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles.
