Administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager across enterprise Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments. Manage MDM/MAM policies, device compliance, application deployment, patching, security baselines, and vulnerability remediation. Integrate endpoint management with Microsoft Defender, monitor compliance dashboards, address high-severity exposures, document procedures, create SOPs, and train global support teams. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams to maintain secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations.

Processes accounts payable transactions, meets KPIs and service-level agreements, handles internal queries, follows invoice-processing procedures, maintains compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and escalates issues. The role also supports process improvements, team knowledge sharing, and assigned systems or process-improvement projects within a global shared services environment.

Own complex incidents across enterprise business applications, lead root-cause analysis and permanent fixes, manage vendors and SLAs, and provide senior technical escalation. Define application testing strategies, validate patches and upgrades, and lead technical workstreams for implementations, migrations, cutovers, and decommissioning. The role also contributes to architecture decisions, risk and compliance activities, infrastructure management, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior consultants.
