Inspect and verify footwear, streetwear, and collectibles for authenticity, condition, and compliance with company standards. Define growth strategy, manage supply, engagement, revenue, and performance goals; recruit sellers, creators, and community leaders; orchestrate category campaigns; provide market insights to Product and Engineering; and build scalable category-management playbooks. The role requires deep sneaker-culture expertise, strong ecosystem relationships, commercial and data literacy, and hands-on entrepreneurial execution.

Supports global indirect tax compliance through transaction-level data analysis, reconciliations, variance investigation, filing preparation, exemption certificate management, tax payment coordination, notice tracking, and taxing-authority communications. Partners with Tax, Accounting, Product, Data Engineering, and external advisors to resolve system and data issues, improve reporting accuracy, strengthen controls, and maintain audit-ready records.

Develop and maintain StockX’s iOS app using Swift and UIKit. Build and integrate GraphQL and REST APIs, apply MVVM architecture, own initiatives through deployment and A/B testing, and support production services. Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, guide junior engineers, improve development standards, and balance security, scalability, reliability, and performance. Participate in Agile processes, incident response, documentation, and cross-functional product delivery.

Supports U.S. indirect tax compliance, sales and use tax reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement support, audits, notices, and tax research across multiple jurisdictions. Maintains tax records and audit documentation, monitors legislative changes, analyzes tax implications of new initiatives, and partners with cross-functional teams on process, system, and tax engine improvements. The role also supports testing, registrations, compliance requirements, and tax-related projects.

Supports U.S. sales and use tax compliance, reconciliations, tax accounting close activities, audits, notices, legislative research, registrations, and tax-related process improvements. The role prepares workpapers and filings, monitors tax accuracy, researches indirect tax issues, supports tax systems testing, and partners with Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, external advisors, and other teams to implement compliant business processes.

Own quality across the order lifecycle including trade execution, delivery estimates, cancellations/returns, chat, buyer-seller communication, and RBAC APIs. Design and execute functional, regression, end-to-end, database, performance, load, and security tests; develop and maintain backend/web/mobile test automation; collaborate with engineers and product managers; define test plans and drive QA best practices.

Support international accounting operations for India and Hong Kong entities through journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, statutory and audit support, fixed asset accounting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and Accounts Payable processing. The role includes invoice and expense review, purchase order matching, vendor onboarding, payment support, inquiry resolution, and collaboration across global teams.

Design and execute test plans and automated test suites for web and mobile (iOS/Android). Automate using WebdriverIO, Selenium, and Appium; validate frontend against backend APIs; run tests on cloud platforms; maintain reports and CI/CD test integrations; participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to QA strategy and automation improvements.

Build and maintain StockX iOS checkout and payment experiences using Swift and UIKit. Implement GraphQL APIs, apply MVVM and best practices, collaborate on design, testing, A/B experiments, and operate scalable, secure, reliable systems.

Own seller and creator acquisition for StockX Live within trading cards and collectibles. Prospect across community channels, run demos and onboarding, manage CRM pipeline, evangelize live commerce, represent StockX at events, and surface seller feedback and performance insights to improve acquisition playbooks.
