Perform monthly close activities for a global marketplace, including journal entries, payment processor and balance sheet reconciliations, exception resolution, audit support, and reporting. Partner with Data Engineering, Product, Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Transportation teams to implement accounting changes, improve processes, support product testing, and ensure accurate accounting for high-volume, multi-currency transactions.

Perform manual and automated functional, regression, smoke, end-to-end, database, web service, performance, load, and security testing. Create test plans, cases, strategies, automation tools, and processes; execute tests in CI/CD pipelines; analyze and report defects; collaborate with engineering and product teams; maintain test suites; and mentor junior team members.

Own the sneaker category’s end-to-end growth, including supply, engagement, revenue, seller and creator acquisition, category campaigns, market insights, and cross-functional product collaboration. Build the sneaker go-to-market playbook, establish performance goals, recruit flagship sellers, influence roadmap priorities, and help scale the category team. The role requires deep sneaker-culture expertise, strong ecosystem relationships, commercial and data literacy, and entrepreneurial execution.
