Run day-to-day headquarters operations: bookkeeping with external controller, payroll and HR compliance, purchasing, vendor and facilities management, executive assistance, and full-time onsite front-of-house responsibilities while building repeatable operational systems.

Manage day-to-day lab operations, run and maintain analytical instruments, oversee QC sampling and assays, ensure data integrity and documentation, lead lab safety and EHS compliance, and develop SOPs and calibration schedules to support R&D and pilot work.

Lead and own the hydrometallurgical experimental and scale-up program for the RACER process, translating bench results into pilot/demo designs, specifying equipment, directing external testwork, analyzing process data for decisions and economic models, and mentoring engineers and technicians while upholding safety and documentation standards.

Hands-on R&D role owning anolyte management and designing/executing bench- and pilot-scale experiments. Analyze and interpret process and analytical data, maintain flowsheets and mass/energy balances, translate bench results to scale, guide technicians, support feedstock and co-product testing, and document results to inform scale-up and economic decisions.

Lead engineering execution to scale the RACER hydrometallurgical process from pilot through demonstration to first commercial modules. Manage hydrometallurgy and electrochemistry teams, oversee reactor and process design, EPC, procurement, construction, commissioning, partner technical engagement, feedstock testing, and risk/governance for scope, schedule, and budget.

Execute bench- and pilot-scale experiments to advance a hydrometallurgical copper extraction process. Design tests, operate and maintain lab/pilot equipment, collect and analyze process and analytical data, support flowsheets and mass/energy balances, and produce clear technical documentation while adhering to safety and chemical handling protocols.

Lead deal execution to convert term sheets into signed commercial agreements for industrial-scale copper partnerships. Structure phased commercial models (offtake, JV, tolling, licensing), manage negotiations with mining counterparties and counsel, track pipeline and CRM, support commercialization strategy, and drive partner trust and community engagement to enable demonstration- and commercial-scale deployments.
