Own the SysCAD digital twin, techno-economic analysis, and life-cycle assessment architecture for a hydrometallurgical copper extraction process. Build feedstock-to-process models, electrochemical and thermodynamic simulations, validation workflows, and automated Python tooling. Translate mineralogical and pilot data into customer-specific economic and environmental projections, support grants and commercialization, guide R&D, manage consultants, and lead documentation and modeling priorities.

Design, execute, and analyze electrochemical cell build-test-learn campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and durability. Lead long-duration stability testing, root-cause analysis, and translate findings into scalable cell designs. Specify and commission test apparatus and instrumentation, mentor junior staff, maintain rigorous documentation, and support electrode, membrane, and electrolyte characterization to inform scale-up and demonstration decisions.

Lead and own the hydrometallurgical experimental and scale-up program for the RACER process, translating bench results into pilot/demo designs, specifying equipment, directing external testwork, analyzing process data for decisions and economic models, and mentoring engineers and technicians while upholding safety and documentation standards.
