Own the full sales cycle for advertising deals, from self-sourced prospecting through contract negotiation, campaign onboarding, and repeat partnerships. Build relationships with brands, agencies, marketing executives, media buyers, and brand managers; maintain a qualified pipeline; meet quotas; coordinate campaign execution; report pipeline progress; negotiate pricing and terms; and represent Stic at industry events. The role requires an established advertising network, especially in out-of-home, digital out-of-home, mobile, or vehicle advertising.

Own firmware and low-level software for a compact edge AI device deployed on vehicles. Develop C/C++ embedded systems, computer vision firmware, BLE and cellular communications, sensor integrations, low-power architectures, device communication protocols, OTA updates, diagnostics, and hardware bring-up. Collaborate across hardware, computer vision, and cloud teams while supporting system validation and production scaling through EVT, DVT, and PVT cycles.
