Manage full-cycle interior design projects from client discovery through construction completion. Responsibilities include client liaison duties, scope and fee estimation, proposals and contracts, budgeting, scheduling, design documentation, furniture and finish specifications, construction coordination, and project team leadership. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and agencies while ensuring projects remain aligned with client goals, deadlines, budgets, and scope.

Lead firmwide proposal and marketing operations, including pursuit schedules, proposal development, interview preparation, workflow coordination, content libraries, CRM data quality, reporting, and KPI tracking. Coordinate stakeholders across business development, practice groups, communications, and project teams. Improve processes, mentor junior staff, support onboarding, and contribute to business development strategy and market monitoring.

Develop interior design solutions through all project phases, emphasizing technical implementation and construction documentation. Exercise independent judgment, adapt design standards, coordinate with related disciplines, and produce contract documents with project leadership. Support code compliance, consultant coordination, permitting, and basic construction contract administration while collaborating effectively with clients and project teams.

Lead complex laboratory and life sciences architecture projects from programming through construction administration. Develop lab programs, space adjacencies, equipment layouts, and coordinated design solutions; lead teams of 2–8 staff, mentor junior employees, coordinate consultants and vendors, support budgets and schedules, and engage clients. The role also offers growth into broader client and project management responsibilities.
