Own SDC’s social media strategy and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit. Create written, graphic, photographic, and video content; manage company and executive thought-leadership accounts; engage with audiences; and analyze performance to improve reach, engagement, and qualified business outcomes. Translate technical manufacturing and automation topics into compelling platform-specific content while collaborating directly with leadership and subject-matter experts.

Develops practical automation concepts for customer manufacturing challenges, including technical proposals, scopes of work, estimates, presentations, and project documentation. Collaborates with sales, mechanical, electrical, controls, project management, manufacturing, and build teams to validate solutions and support project handoffs. Participates in customer meetings and travels up to 10% for discovery, scoping, and technical discussions. Applies sound engineering judgment, identifies risks, manages multiple opportunities, and mentors less-experienced engineers.

Design and deliver controls for custom automated machinery from concept through customer startup. Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, PLC/HMI and motion control programs (primarily Allen-Bradley), lead commissioning, FATs, installation and startup, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve reusable controls libraries. Work with robotics, machine vision, industrial networking, and servo motion. Travel approximately 10%.
