Design and deliver controls for custom automated machinery from concept through customer startup. Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, PLC/HMI and motion control programs (primarily Allen-Bradley), lead commissioning, FATs, installation and startup, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve reusable controls libraries. Work with robotics, machine vision, industrial networking, and servo motion. Travel approximately 10%.

Own and execute machine debug from power-up to customer acceptance: create and maintain debug plans, lead engineers/technicians, diagnose mechanical/electrical/controls issues, validate quality before FAT, run customer FATs, escalate blockers, and communicate schedule and risks.
