Supervise and engage children ages 4–12 in a camp setting, facilitate creative and recreational activities, maintain safe and organized activity spaces, follow camp policies, monitor allergies and wellness, document incidents and injuries, and update camper profiles with daily notes and photos. The Assistant Director also supports camp setup and breakdown, collaborates with staff, and leads groups while accommodating children’s individual choices and needs.
