Teams at Steve & Kate's Camp

Supervise children ages 4–12, facilitate creative and recreational activities, maintain safe and organized activity spaces, monitor wellness and allergies, document incidents, update camper profiles, and support camp setup and breakdown. The role requires leading groups, collaborating with staff, lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and participating in athletic games.

Supervise and engage children ages 4–12 in a camp setting, facilitate creative and recreational activities, maintain safe and organized activity spaces, follow camp policies, monitor allergies and wellness, document incidents and injuries, and update camper profiles with daily notes and photos. The Assistant Director also supports camp setup and breakdown, collaborates with staff, and leads groups while accommodating children’s individual choices and needs.

The Summer Camp Assistant Director helps run daily camp operations, supervises staff and campers, and ensures compliance with camp policies while fostering a self-directed learning environment.
