Lead and coach the used-vehicle sales team to meet dealership goals, manage daily pre-owned inventory and operations, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance, hire and train staff, maintain sales records, and collaborate with leadership to drive performance.

Maintain and organize dealership vehicle lot: receive and stage incoming inventory, take and upload vehicle photos, arrange and park vehicles (including heavy-duty and manual), assist sales staff and customers, perform outdoor physical work, and uphold professionalism.
