Performs accounts payable duties: review and verify invoices against purchase orders, maintain check registers and vendor records, process purchase orders and payments, resolve purchasing issues, and assist coworkers and supervisor with accounting tasks and reporting.

Assist the Site Manager with daily Head Start center operations, support families, oversee volunteers, substitute in classrooms, perform administrative tasks (data entry, reports, payroll support), ensure compliance with Head Start and Ohio regulations, and participate in professional development.

Maintain accurate, auditable Head Start and Early Head Start data in ChildPlus: collect, validate, enter, and reconcile records (staff, credentials, CLASS scores, attendance, PIR and transition data); support compliance, reporting, monitoring, and provide system support to staff and partners.
