Manage daily accounting operations, including sales invoices, bank and OTA reconciliations, e-commerce settlements, accruals, provisions, accounts receivable, related-party reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit support. The role requires knowledge of UAE tax regulations, GAAP, IFRS standards, and accounting software such as Zoho Books.

Supports recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employer branding, campus recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations across Dubai and other markets. The role also contributes to employer-brand campaigns, social media content, talent-pool development, business partnering, and positive employee experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.
