Serve as the primary on-site contact to welcome guests, handle inquiries, maintain common areas, run daily property walkthroughs, and design community events. Coordinate with internal teams, monitor service quality, and manage basic admin tasks to ensure a welcoming, well-presented building and strong sense of community.

Drive B2B and B2C bookings by developing sales strategies, building corporate relationships, researching markets, presenting offerings in English and Arabic, using CRM to manage pipelines, exceeding targets, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to improve offerings and customer experience.

Own day-to-day accounting: record sales in Zoho Books, reconcile bank and OTA payments, manage e-commerce settlements, apply GAAP/IFRS (IFRS 15/16, IAS 16), process expenses, accruals, provisions and commissions, perform related-party and AR reconciliations, lead month-end closes and financial reporting, assist audits, and support collections.
