Support day-to-day property operations and guest satisfaction by handling issues and emergencies, managing vendors and budgets, tracking SLAs and records, producing reports, and improving processes to keep properties maintained and cost-effective.

Provide front-desk operations support including daily check-ins/outs, inventory and vendor management, supervising maintenance/cleaning staff, responding to guest requests, handling calls/mail, preparing operational reports, and maintaining reception area and confidential data. Ensure quality, schedule coordination, and excellent guest experience.

Manage daily accounting operations: record sales in Zoho Books, reconcile bank statements and OTA/e-commerce settlements, handle accruals/provisions and related-party reconciliations, oversee accounts receivable and collections, lead month-end close, prepare financial reports, and assist internal and external audits.
