Owns project controls for a biopharmaceutical manufacturing capital project, including integrated scheduling, cost baselines, earned value, change control, risk management, procurement tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting. The role coordinates engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification and validation, automation, technical transfer, and operational ramp-up activities. It is remote-first with up to 25% travel to Minneapolis.

Lead development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules for a large data center. Build WBS, activity coding, logic ties, and calendars; validate progress with field teams; produce weekly/monthly reports; perform risk analysis and scenario modeling; integrate procurement and commissioning sequences; maintain baseline integrity and provide schedule insights and recommended actions.

Lead project controls activities, including schedule development, cost estimating, forecasting, expenditure tracking, earned value reporting, risk analysis, procurement monitoring, vendor performance, change management, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinate with project teams to resolve schedule and cost issues while ensuring compliance with organizational and client standards. The role is fully remote when not traveling to U.S. client sites.
