Mentors schedulers and builds a scheduling team as the portfolio expands. The role requires expert CPM scheduling knowledge, strong communication, and independent work in a fully remote environment.

Lead and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects, coordinating updates with project teams and controls staff. Review schedule accuracy, track milestones, critical paths, delays, risks, and variances, and prepare portfolio reporting and progress summaries. Support baseline development, schedule revisions, change analysis, documentation, and schedule health metrics. The role also contributes to scheduling process improvements and requires clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Lead development and maintenance of the Primavera P6 schedule for a large data center project. Build WBS and logic ties, validate field progress, produce reports, support schedule risk analysis and scenario modeling, integrate procurement and commissioning sequences, and maintain baseline integrity and audit records.
