Oversee project cost performance from budget establishment through financial closeout for a large data center project. Maintain cost baselines, track expenditures, produce forecasts (EAC/ETC), manage change control, prepare cash flow projections, support procurement and contract financial reviews, and ensure alignment of cost, scope, and schedule while collaborating with project management, scheduling, procurement, and finance.

Serve as owner's representative for a multi-site data center program, develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, run weekly updates, validate field progress via site visits, produce schedule reports and risk analyses, ensure baseline integrity and integrate procurement and commissioning activities.
