Serve as owners representative for a multi-site data center program: develop and analyze Primavera P6 schedules, run weekly updates, validate field progress via site visits, produce audit-ready reports, support risk reviews and scenario modeling, maintain baseline integrity, and integrate procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

Oversee project cost performance from budget establishment through financial closeout for a large data center project. Maintain cost baselines, track expenditures, produce forecasts (EAC/ETC), manage change control, prepare cash flow projections, support procurement and contract financial reviews, and ensure alignment of cost, scope, and schedule while collaborating with project management, scheduling, procurement, and finance.

Responsible for leading schedule development and analysis for a large data center project, ensuring accurate coordination and reporting.
