Manage projects, mentor staff, build client relationships, and contribute to capability development and cross-selling across the firm.

Lead and grow the Technical Due Diligence practice, delivering transaction-focused technical due diligence for transport, energy, and social infrastructure. Manage multidisciplinary teams, conduct site assessments, identify technical and operational risks, translate findings for investors, collaborate with financial and ESG teams, and drive business development and client relationships to win and deliver complex advisory engagements.

Lead and deliver traffic and revenue (T&R) forecasting projects, manage client relationships, support business development, mentor staff, and provide technical review and project management for highway and related mobility transactions.

Lead transport planning workstreams for major developments, delivering highway and sustainable transport advice, managing projects, clients, budgets and sub-consultants. Prepare reports, lead stakeholder engagement, win work, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development while supporting professional development and chartership.

Lead and win financial advisory and transaction mandates for infrastructure and energy transition projects. Manage complex engagements, draft teasers and information memoranda, run funding competitions, coordinate advisors, close debt and equity deals, mentor junior staff, support business development, and ensure project profitability and quality.

Lead and deliver large-scale financial modelling and project finance engagements, manage teams, build client relationships, drive business development, ensure commercial and quality control, mentor junior staff, and support onboarding and CPD to maintain professional accreditation.

Lead and grow the Sports & Major Events team delivering event transport, crowd dynamics, and venue operations. Manage high-profile projects end-to-end, engage clients, oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive commercial outcomes, prepare bids, mentor staff, and represent the firm at industry events while ensuring compliance with stadium safety and operational best practice.

Provide commercial advice on energy and infrastructure transactions, manage complex client engagements, develop proposals, supervise project resources and financial modelling, drive business development, manage scope/risk, and mentor junior staff while contributing to a practice area focused on renewables and decentralised energy.

Lead and deliver specialist transport planning and development projects, providing policy, strategy, econometric, geospatial and traffic modelling advice to public and private clients. Provide financial advisory for public and private clients on transport and energy projects, producing analyses, financial models, reports and presentations. Collaborate with international team, advise clients, and perform accounting, business planning and spreadsheet modelling.

Manage day-to-day CRM administration, improve data quality and governance, produce dashboards and analytics, support pipeline and forecasting, drive user adoption and behavioural change, coordinate integrations and process improvements, and act as liaison between commercial, operations, finance and external CRM partners to strengthen client intelligence and commercial performance.
