Deliver geospatial analysis and visualisations for transport projects using GIS tools. Analyse spatial and non-spatial datasets, build maps, dashboards and web mapping tools, automate workflows, present findings, and support client relationships and business development within multidisciplinary teams.

Lead and grow Steer’s Rail & Transit Commercial Advisory practice by delivering commercial advisory components for complex projects, developing financial and O&M cost models, conducting due diligence, advising on P3 and procurement, and driving business development. Manage projects, mentor staff, build client relationships, and contribute to capability development and cross-selling across the firm.

Manage and deliver high-quality financial modelling and project finance engagements, lead teams, cultivate client relationships, drive business development, manage commercial/contractual aspects, mentor junior staff, and ensure project controls, reporting and continuous improvement across energy and infrastructure advisory projects.

Manage complex client engagements in commercial advisory for energy and infrastructure, provide commercial and technical advice on renewables and decentralised energy, lead financial modelling and deliverables, build client relationships and proposals, manage project resources and quality, communicate risks, mentor junior staff, and support business development and practice-area growth.

Lead and grow the Technical Due Diligence practice, delivering transaction-focused technical due diligence for transport, energy, and social infrastructure. Manage multidisciplinary teams, conduct site assessments, identify technical and operational risks, translate findings for investors, collaborate with financial and ESG teams, and drive business development and client relationships to win and deliver complex advisory engagements.

Lead and deliver traffic and revenue (T&R) forecasting projects, manage client relationships, support business development, mentor staff, and provide technical review and project management for highway and related mobility transactions.

Lead and win financial advisory and transaction mandates for infrastructure and energy transition projects. Manage client engagements, draft teasers and information memoranda, run funding competitions, coordinate advisors, close debt and equity transactions, mentor junior staff, ensure project quality, support business development, and produce financial models and value-add analysis.

Lead transport planning workstreams for major developments, delivering highway and sustainable transport advice, managing projects, clients, budgets and sub-consultants. Prepare reports, lead stakeholder engagement, win work, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development while supporting professional development and chartership.
